Study Drug:<\/strong> Experimental biological therapy that modifies the function of B lymphocytes by affecting the enzymes BLyS and APRIL within the B lymphocytes, whose excessive activity causes increased secretion of immunoglobulins and their deposition in the kidneys.<\/p>\n

Main Inclusion Criteria:<\/strong> Patients over 18 years old with a diagnosis of IgA nephropathy confirmed by biopsy at any time in the past, who have elevated proteins in 24-hour urine (>0.75 g\/24h) but still maintain satisfactory kidney function (eGFR > 30 ml\/min).<\/p>\n
